Newcastle boss Howe unsure of Dummett, Ritchie futures

Newcastle boss Eddie Howe is unsure of the futures of Paul Dummett and Matt Ritchie.

The pair come off contract at the end of next month.

Howe told ChronicleLive: "Paul is still a hugely talented player. Paul has done well this season in the fact he has stayed fit and healthy for the majority of the season and he's trained very well.

"The game he played in the early season I thought he played very well for us. So yeah I think he has been excellent behind the scenes, he really has.

"Together with Matt Ritchie and other experienced players who have not played a lot they have contributed to the group massively."
